Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Naru America. Please review the policies below for return eligibility, claim reporting, authorization, and refunds.

1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Items are damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (unless damaged upon arrival).
  • Returns requested outside of these conditions may or may not be approved.

2 Reporting Damages, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify Naru America within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or supporting documentation (if applicable)

All claims are reviewed according to our internal guidelines.

3 Return Authorization

  • All returns require prior approval from Naru America.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected by Naru America.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment provider and inspection results.

6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Installed or used equipment
  • Promotional materials and posters
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

8 Shipping, Taxes & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.
  • Taxes, duties, and additional fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
